Rentals for Parties and Meetings

Invite your friends and family to join the fun: Birthdays Parties, Family Gatherings, Club Meetings, Team Celebrations, and more. The party room even has a door right out to the pool area!

 


Swim Party for up to 15 people: includes 3 hours use of our party room and 15 admissions.

  • Fee: $125, plus $5 for each additional swimmer

Swim Party for up to 30 people: includes 3 hours use of our party room and 30 admissions.

  • Fee: $225, plus $5 for each additional swimmer

Meetings, Clubs, and Community Events

We have 2 rooms that are available to rent for meetings and events, and they can be combined into a single large room. The single rooms each hold 25 people, and the combined room holds 50 people. You can see the current reservations for these Multi-Purpose Rooms on our Calendar page.

 

 

Fee
Multi-Purpose Room Rentals • Rentals are subject to availability and approval from
the C.V. Starr Director. Rentals do not include access to other areas within the Center. Day = 8 hrs.
Small multi-purpose room (Rm 1 or 2) $35/hr    $160/day
Combined multi-purpose room (Rm 1 + 2) $60/hr    $250/day
Aerobics Studio $70/hr
Swimming Party • Fee includes swim passes and use of party room area for 2 hrs. At least one adult chaperon is required per 10 participants or fraction thereof. Chaperons are included in the total head count.
Up to 15 people total $125
    Each additional person (25 max) $5
Up to 30 people total $225
    Each additional person (50 max) $5
Pool & Water Park Rental • All rentals of aquatic facilities have a 2 hr minimum, are subject to availability, and must be reviewed and approved by the CV Starr Director at least 45 days in advance.
All Aquatic Facilities $410/hour
Leisure/Activity Pool (no water park features) $110/hour
Water Slide & Lazy River $160/hour
Competition Pool $110/hour
Lane Rental (for local swim teams) $8/hour per lane
Special Event Permit for Outdoor Facilities • Outdoor facilities are available for use from 8 AM to dusk. A special event permit is required for any event that is advertised and/or expected to have more than 20 participants on the premises for more than 2.5 hours. Fee will be waived for MCRPD and/or City-sponsored events.
Special Event Fee $25/hr   $110/day
NOTES:
  • All facility rentals must be booked at least 14 days in advance of the event.
  • Refunds will NOT be given unless party or rental is cancelled at least 14 days in advance of event.
  • Additional rental terms are stipulated in the Facility Use Agreement, which must be completed at time of booking.
  • If available, multi-purpose room(s) will be free of charge for swim meets.
